Marjan beaches – It is really hot during the summer season and the only way to cool the body is to take a towel, bottle of water, and go at one of the Split beaches. Split has several nice beaches and one of them are situated around Marjan hill:

20 minutes walk distance from center – Obojena svjetlost – pebbles

30 minutes walk distance from center – Kašjuni – pebbles

40 minutes walk distance from center – Bene – rock, sand

How to get to Marjan hill beaches by bus:

Line N° 21 Sv.Frane-Meje-Sv.Frane
St Frane (Saint Francis) bus stop is on the west end of the Riva promenade waterfront. It leaves once every hour from 9:30 to 22:30 everyday.

Ticket price is 11 KN and you can buy it from the driver. (you should have only exact amount).

Bus 21 has a stop at the entrance of Kasuni beach.
Bene beach is the last stop on bus N° 21 line.
